Rental agreement form
Completed and signed rental agreement form is required for rentals.
Once the deposit and the signed and completed form have been received, the date will be reserved.Copies of the the rental agreement may also be picked up from the San Jacinto Schoolhouse, during any Friday Games Night or from the Rental Coordinator - Terri Artherholt (936) 581-1018.
